Danny and Logan Ortwerth, while raising young Cedar, serve with Overland Missions, overseeing short-term expeditions that take the Gospel to the ends of the earth. Danny and Logan have a selfless passion for the unsaved, only overshadowed by their strong faith and intense love for the Lord.
“Under the OM’s Expedition Department as Expedition Leaders, we mobilize the church stateside on short evangelistic trips to develop indigenous relationships for the long-term work of the ministry. We execute these trips in Africa and Southeast Asia, and our key tasks include logistical planning, recruiting, discipleship of team members, leading ministry, safety of the team and reconnaissance of new areas.
To fulfill the vision and our assignment, monthly and annual contributions come through intentional relationships with individuals and churches that want to sow into what God is doing through us in the nations. It is a direct way to store up for yourself treasures in heaven and have a personal impact on reaching those who have never heard His name.”

The JESUS Film Project distributes the film “JESUS,” a two-hour docudrama about the life of Christ based on the Gospel of Luke. The film has been seen in every country of the world and translated into hundreds of languages since its initial release in 1979. To date, more than 200 million people have indicated decisions to know Christ after viewing the “JESUS” film, and new churches are being planted daily. And yet, much of the world remains in spiritual darkness. An estimated 2 billion people have yet to hear the gospel even once. The goal is to reach every nation, tribe, people, and tongue, helping them see and hear the story of Jesus in a language they can understand. jesusfilm.org
